Shona Gibbs | Upstream Counscelling
My approach is rooted in pluralism, which places collaboration at the core of the client-therapist relationship. Recognising the uniqueness of each individual, I believe that therapeutic needs cannot be confined to a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I advocate for shared decision-making, ensuring that the therapeutic journey is tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of each client.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I work with individuals of any gender from 16 years upwards, on a myriad of issues including grief, loss, bereavement, anxiety, relationship issues, issues around sexuality and abuse including sexual, emotional and spiritual.
