Pauline Lockhart is an inspiring leader and the founder of Later Life Concierge, a unique service dedicated to addressing the complex challenges of later life. Through her company, Pauline coordinates essential services, resources, and professional advocacy, empowering individuals and families to navigate this stage of life with dignity and ease.

With a Business Degree and as a Chartered Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Pauline brings a wealth of professional expertise. Recently, she also achieved certification as a Professional Advocate, further strengthening her ability to support those in later life.

'Later Life Concierge' was born from Pauline's personal experience of helping a family member through the uncertainties of later life. Recognising a pressing need for knowledgeable, empathetic professionals to coordinate the many aspects involved, she set out to fill this gap.

Before founding Later Life Concierge, Pauline made history as the first woman to work in the traditionally male-dominated world of Scottish Amateur Golf. Her career in sports led her to work in prestigious events such as the Ryder Cup and Solheim Cup. Pauline’s remarkable journey has been shaped by her resilience, having been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 21. Despite the challenges, she remains determined to live life to the fullest and now makes a significant impact on others’ lives.

In addition to her business ventures, Pauline recently completed her term as a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Golf and currently serves as the President of award-winning PBN, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to leadership and community service.

Kate is a Director and Founder of Nae Limits which was established in 2000 after seeing a gap in the marketing for accessible adventure sports within the stunning landscapes of Highland Perthshire.  Growth has been rapid and we now offer over 16 water and land experiences.  The business now is one of the leading outdoor/activity centres in Scotland and has been the successful recipient of many awards in it's early years.

We are incredibly proud to have seen the business through 2 recessions, a cost of living crisis and a pandemic which was a challenging time for tourism and hospitality.

We are an accredited schools provider, work with many corporate businesses and have seen a healthy and sustained growth from visitors both domestically and internationally.  We have finally cracked our catering offering - Nae Limits Adventure cafe on the A9.  Our café offers wholesome food and great coffee as an alternative to fast food and high prices.  

Debbie Hutchison is an accomplished marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience in both corporate and SME sectors, across several industries. With her vast experience, Debbie helps her clients avoid expensive mistakes to drive their business to success.

Jan Deegan founded Next Step Events in 2019 following 14-years of service in the wedding and hospitality industry. Her business offers consultancy and on the ground support to new and existing wedding related business ventures.

Rebecca Ellwood is a solicitor at Thorntons Law LLP in the Land and Rural Business team. She is also the Treasurer for Perthshire Businesswomen’s Network. On a daily basis, Rebecca advises clients on all aspects of the sale and purchase of rural land. This includes rural residential property, wayleaves and servitudes, leasing, voluntary registration, development plot sites, security work and all other related title matters.

Aileen is the director and head coach at K9-Kind. She has a passion for force-free training and is an accredited APDT and PACT trainer and a proud member of the Pet Professional Guild.

With a real passion for ethical dog training, Aileen helps dog and puppy guardians train their dogs effectively using kind, force-free methods, helping them to raise a dog they will love to live with.
