PBN Christmas Dinner and Sing Along

Join us in Crieff for some festive fun on Tuesday, 9th December. Relax and enjoy some great food with even better company.

Join us for a festive evening of holiday cheer!

Celebrate the season with a delightful Christmas meal, followed by carol singing to ring in the holiday spirit. It's a perfect opportunity to connect, share good food, and spread joy with fellow members of PBN. Bring your holiday spirit, your singing voice, and a readiness to make warm memories together!

If you can't make the dinner but wish to join us for carols, you are welcome to come along at 8pm.

• Date & Time: Tuesday 9th December 6:30pm - 9pm for dinner followed by carol singing 8pm - 9pm

• Location: The Tower, Crieff PH7 3JA

• Dress Code: Christmas Jumper

Menu choices - you will pre-order upon booking

Starters:

• Chicken Liver Parfait served with red onion chutney and charred brioche

• Lentil Soup served with homemade bread and butter

• Haggis, mashed potato, turnip with a whiskey sauce

• Smoked Salmon with avocado & potato salad, citrus caper dressing

Mains:

• Festive Turkey with trimmings ( pork and haggis stuffing, roasties, carrots, parsnips, pigs in blankets) and gravy

• Sea Bass with fondant potato, bacon creamed sprouts, crispy sage, plum jus

• Duck with potato terrine, tendrestem broccoli, black pudding, plum jus

• Vegetarian Haggis Wellington with roasties, carrots, parsnips, and gravy

We will then gather in the 'sitooterie' for carol singing, a mince or apple pie, and hot chocolate to keep us cosy.
