Join us for an exciting cooking class where we'll start with a warm cup of chai (Indian tea) for everyone upon arrival.
Schedule:
We'll begin with a brief introduction, followed by an in-depth look at the spices we'll be using, including how they're made and their benefits.
Cooking Activity: You'll work in pairs to make delicious onion bhajis, which can be enjoyed on-site or taken home. We'll also prepare a big batch of chicken tikka.
What to Bring:
An apron to use during the class.
A couple of reusable Tupperware containers to take any leftovers home.
At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to purchase our family spices if you're interested.
