Members' Vault - Terms and Conditions

Access to the Vault

Access to the PBN Members' Vault is included as part of your Perthshire Businesswomen's Network (PBN) membership at no additional cost.

Your vault access is available only while you remain a current PBN member. If your membership lapses or is cancelled for any reason, you will lose access to the vault immediately.

What You Can Access

The Members' Vault contains:

  • Presentations and materials from Hivemind sessions

  • Workshop resources

  • Member offers and exclusive deals

  • Other member-exclusive content added by PBN

How You Can Use Vault Content

You may download materials from the vault for your personal use only.

Personal use means:

  • Your own learning and professional development

  • Reference materials for your own business decisions

  • Internal use within your own business operations

What You Cannot Do

You must not:

  • Share vault materials with non-members

  • Distribute materials to your customers or clients

  • Use materials for commercial redistribution or resale

  • Modify or adapt materials without permission from the original creator

  • Share materials publicly (online, in print, or any other format)

  • Use materials for any purpose beyond your own personal business development

These restrictions apply to all downloaded materials, even after your membership ends.

Intellectual Property

All content in the vault is owned by the individual presenters and contributors who created it. By accessing the vault, you're granted a limited personal use licence only.

Copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights remain with the original creators. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading materials.

Your Responsibilities

When using the Members' Vault, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with the platform and fellow members

  • Use member offers appropriately and honour any commitments you make

  • Report any issues, concerns, or suspected misuse to the PBN Committee by emailing info@pbn.org.uk

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators

  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others

Removal of Access

PBN reserves the right to remove your vault access immediately if you:

  • Use vault resources for non-personal purposes (including sharing with clients or customers)

  • Breach any of these terms and conditions

  • Engage in conduct that harms PBN, its members, or content creators

  • Share vault materials with non-members

Removal of vault access does not entitle you to a refund of membership fees.

When Your Membership Ends

If your membership ends (whether by cancellation, non-renewal, or removal):

  • PBN will remove your vault access immediately

  • You may continue to use materials you downloaded while a member for your own personal use

  • If PBN requests that you delete or destroy specific downloaded materials, you must do so

  • You must not share any downloaded materials with non-members

Any materials you downloaded while a member remain subject to these terms, including the restriction on personal use only.

PBN's Liability

PBN provides the vault as a member benefit, but does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of any content

  • That content will always be available or error-free

  • That the vault will meet your specific requirements

  • Uninterrupted access to the vault

PBN is not responsible for:

  • Content created by individual presenters or members

  • Technical issues that prevent access

  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of vault materials

Content creators are responsible for their own materials. Any concerns about specific content should be raised with the PBN Committee. info@pbn.org.uk

Changes to the Vault

PBN may:

  • Add, remove, or modify vault content at any time

  • Update these terms and conditions

  • Change how the vault operates or is structured

We'll notify members of significant changes, but continued use of the vault constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the vault may be monitored to:

  • Ensure compliance with these terms

  • Improve the member experience

  • Identify technical issues

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
