Hi, I’m Ange, a Social Media Manager and Consultant based in Auchterarder. I help small business owners show up online with clarity, confidence, and a content strategy that feels sustainable. My approach is practical, people-centred, and rooted in real connection.

My first career was in veterinary nursing, where I spent 15 years in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. After taking time away from work, I began volunteering in my community and stumbled across a new passion. Career Unexpected! What started as helping with social media behind the scenes quickly became a creative outlet, a new challenge, and eventually, a business I love.

Ten years on, I now work with brilliant, values driven businesses across Perthshire and Edinburgh. I’m also one half of Feed, Frame & Focus, a creative partnership with photographer Lynn McGregor. Together, we run relaxed, confidence-boosting workshops that help business owners take control of their content and feel good in front of the camera.

When I’m not working or enjoying family time, you’ll probably find me outdoors, in cold water. My favourite way to reset and recharge.
