Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am the Director of Ryse Digital – a digital marketing agency from Blairgowrie that specialises in web design and search engine optimisation. I also recently have created The Property Girls which is a Holiday Let Management and Property Management agency looking after properties within Perthshire and Dundee. I am 26 years old and a mum to two little ones called Max (age 3) and Izzy (age 1) and when I am not working you’ll often find me on family walks on the amazing Perthshire trails. I also do a fair bit of singing with my friends Jordan Fox and Callum McHoul (Fox & McHoul on YouTube!).

The Property Girls is a bespoke property management business that works with you to run a profitable holiday let. We only work with properties within a 20 mile radius of our home in Blairgowrie to ensure our Property Managers can regularly visit the property, offer meet and greets, inspect the property before and after guest stays and recommend the best of the best activities and eateries in the local area. We also can include a professional cleaning service with our sister company Custom Cleans, and arrange local handymen and services where required, making the whole management process totally seamless.
