I'm a self-employed Virtual Assistant and help Business Owners with admin, marketing, events, social media etc. so they can focus on strategy and growing their business. I currently work with Menopause Cafe Charity, founded by another PBN Member - Rachel Weiss, and Mint Ventures Syndicate - an Angel Investing Group that focuses on women investors and founders.
Previously I spent 30 years as Operations Director/Retail Manager/Cafe Manager/Office Manager. I am CIPD qualified in HR and an ILM Workplace Coach.
My passion outside of work is horses. I am lucky to have an amazing young horse which I hope to complete with in dressage.
