Hi. My name is Rhian and I am the owner of Rhi’s Complementary Therapies a massage business offering Swedish massage and Myofascial Release Therapy and a member of the FHT Federation of Holistic Therapies.

I injured my back while working and traveling around New Zealand a few years ago and through the help of a physiotherapist and the treatment and rehabilitation exercises she got me back on my feet. This made a lasting impression on me and when the opportunity came to study for a Swedish Massage qualification, I saw a chance to retrain as a massage therapist and to continue my training in Myofascial Release.

Since qualifying, I have worked in a spa of a 5-star hotel before setting up Rhi’s Complementary Therapies. In my spare time, I volunteer with Athletes’ Angels, where I give the participants a massage at the end of the sporting event.
