Now I’m in my 50’s my focus is on how to make the next 30 years the best 30 yet! Discovering who I am underneath all that programming. I started my first business in my early 20’s running a direct sales company, then I set up an accounts business to support other direct sales business. Over that time I transitioned into business coaching, in my late 30’s I got interested in Biohacking, health optimisation and trained as a human potential coach. I’ve delved into quantum healing and I’m a bioresonance practitioner.

Along the way I married, had two boys and crashed and burned a few times. Our latest business Torus Tree is all about helping people reset their nervous system, de-stress, de-trigger and shed the all the baggage that we pick up along the way
