My name is Pam, and I’m the co-founder of Hobbs Cleaning Services. With a background in Environmental Protection and Management, and years of experience in customer service, I’ve always been driven by a desire to help people live healthier, safer lives. Over time, I was drawn to working with individuals affected by hoarding disorder and extreme cleaning situations. I saw firsthand how overwhelming these circumstances can be, both physically and emotionally. That’s when I knew I wanted to offer more than just cleaning. I wanted to provide real, compassionate support.
Hobbs Cleaning Services was born from that vision. We specialise in hoarding support, welfare cleans, and biohazard cleaning—offering a respectful, judgement-free service that focuses on safety, dignity, and restoring peace of mind. My work is shaped by life experience: raising a family, volunteering with Girl Guiding (earning my Queen’s Guide Award in 1977), and always being someone people could turn to.
Alongside my business partner Robert, who brings a wealth of experience from the property sector, we’re proud to deliver services that truly make a difference, especially for those who need it most.
