I am a passionate home cook who wants to offer varied and different tastes to what Middle Eastern food is all about. With a background in nutrition, and being raised by a Scottish mother, I often create lighter versions of Iraqi & ME classics, fused with a Scottish twist. I absolutely love creating customised menus for events such as the one I did last year for the Samhain festival at Forgan Arts Centre.
